It’s September and apples, pumpkins, and colorful leaves are calling.  I’ve added fall touches to my home even though in Florida, we aren’t through with summer.  I am now trying to capture that feeling of autumn beauty.  Natural decorations can make your home look really welcoming and really do freshen up your home for fall.

One of my greatest pleasures is enjoying a beautiful table set for the season. In the next few months, we’ll celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving, and just the joy of fall.  Are you ready to set a pretty fall table? I’m sharing a few ideas with beautiful examples of a wonderful fall table.

Summer Red, White, & Blue Table

It’s almost July and it’s time for a red, white, and blue summer table.  Today’s offering is a casual table set for a patritoic celebration. First I added a white tablecloth to the table. Then I used my new bright blue placemats with my white plates.  A Dollar Tree red star paper plate tops the place setting. Gather Together Thanksgiving Country Table

The U.S. Thanksgiving holiday will be here in 2 weeks.  This year my table inspiration is a vintage tapestry table scarf with a primitive country print. Pastel Blue Cottage Table

My friends and I often get together for brunch or lunch. Sometimes we eat out and sometimes we dine in one of our homes. Over the years, I’ve hung it on the wall, displayed it on my bed. and laid it on tables.

Vintage Lace & Roses Table

One plate is in the Homer Laughlin China Virginia Rose E 37 N 8 pattern. There are several patterns with the name Virginia Rose – it’s the designation E 37 N 8 that tells you it was a pattern introduced in the 1930’s.
