Teriyaki Chicken & Fresh, Spring Asparagus

Asparagus is available year-round, but spring is the best season for this nutritious vegetable. Crops are harvested from late February to June, with April being the prime month and high season for asparagus. Today I’m sharing an easy dinner idea of teriyaki chicken with steamed fresh asparagus. Marinate the boneless, skinless chicken breasts for an hour. Then cook the chicken, and dinner is on the table in 45 minutes. It’s an easy recipe that’s nice enough for company.
