Photos by my friend Terri. Thank you!
I’ve shared photos of Terri’s Christmas home before. She has been a Hallmark store manager for over 20 years and has a great holiday collection of decorations. Below is a photo from last year.

Several months ago I visited a new thrift store. They have lots of household goods. I wandered around looking and found a set of 4 cute snowman salad or dessert plates for a couple of dollars. I just love snowmen. This is my fourth snowman table.
This last weekend I was working on my home rearranging art and adding Christmas decorations. My favorite way to decorate for Christmas is with vignettes added to a room. Let’s start with the dining room. Last week I decorated the dining table with a poinsettia topper and my decorated Advent candleholder. Today I’m sharing the updated picture ledge behind the table.

Now I know what you’re thinking; it sounds like a great temperature to those of you up north. It was over 20 degrees cooler than our average for this time of year. November is usually warm to hot. On the Friday before, a cold front moved into the area from up north where many folks got snow. The skies looked like snow but we got 3 to 4 days of cold rain with grey skies. Then our usual blue skies returned with mild temperatures and lows in the 40’s and 50’s. Love this kind of weather.
