Pineapple Smoothie
For a morning wake-me-up or even an afternoon pick-me-up, a frozen smoothie is the way to go. That is really almost a necessity during the hot days of summer. Today’s recipe is an easy, quick drink made from 4 ingredients: frozen pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. I find that the combination is plenty sweet, but if you desire more, add a teaspoon of honey.
