Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. From my early childhood, Thanksgiving has meant family, friends and of course, wonderful food. A perfectly roasted turkey is a beautiful thing. It’s almost a new year and soon all the holiday decorations will be packed away. Sometimes it just makes me happy to have a clean box and a cute label. I wanted a nice attractive label to make it easy to identify the boxes and the contents. I designed 2 with Christmas designs. I used Avery Presta 94229 label template with 2 labels to a 8.5 x 11″ page. All the labels are PDF’s and should print easily on your labels, cardstock, or regular copy paper.

A friend of mine, Anita, loves to collect recipes and crafts from magazines. She has decades of cut-outs (pre-Pinterest ladies Anita & I are retired.) and recently has been weeding thru them to re-organize the keepers and eliminate those she doesn’t use. She then extended her clean out to her cookbooks. Since she lives in an apartment, all unwanted cookbooks were deposited on a table at the building entrance for one of her neighbors to take. I do love the sharing of things like this. I myself did something similar to this back 10 years ago when I was downsizing.
Living in Florida, I can have a picnic year round. In my backyard, at a county park, or at the beach, I enjoy being outside with family and friends. Even the food tastes better outside.
