When a storm moves south down to Florida, we may not get snow but we may get lots of rain. If a storm dumps several feet of snow, we can get rain all day or even maybe into the second day. Early Sunday morning I went to the kitchen and saw a little pink on the horizon on the west side of the house. This was confusing as usually the pink is on the east side and earlier than the time. I went out the front door facing east. and the sky had little pink. I went to the back yard and it was darker with a beautiful deep pink edge on the horizon.Read More

Some mornings I sleep until 7:30 AM which is after sunrise. Other mornings I am awake when the sky is still dark. This particular morning the sky was so magical I had to grab my camera and go outside.
