Several decades ago I took a weekend seminar on how to meditate. The first necessity is a quiet place where you can sit and center yourself. That doesn’t mean you have to build a new room onto your home. We’re not all Oprah with loads of dough. A chair in a corner with the right sensory environment is all you need to take a few moments to clear your mind. You can even try this outdoors.
