Today I’m upcycleing a plastic container for an Easter/spring decoration.. I have saved a white Tide pod container for an easy makeover. In the fall you’ve probably seen the orange ones made into pumpkins. The white are popular for snowmen in winter crafting. Since it is white, it is perfect for a bunny head for spring.

I’ve been busy spending time with my sister while avoiding the heat. Working on graphics, I finished recipe cards in 2 designs. I know we all like to pin recipes, use Yum, and apps, but I still like pretty cards. I often give baked goods as gifts and an enclosed card with the recipe is a nice touch. The recipe cards are two to an 8.5 x 11 inch page. You can print on stock paper and put in a binder or cut out the individual cards.
Last month I found an adorable pitcher with a cute cow on it at my favorite thrift store. I grabbed it and started thinking about a simple farmhouse table based on the cow. Don’t you love to find inspiration in inexpensive thrift store finds?
