We’re now in that awkward time when all the holidays are over. The tree, lights, and beautiful holiday decor are put away for another year. If you’re like me, it can all seem pretty blah about now. My family left last week after a long holiday visit and I am in high gear to refresh my decor. I usually like to stick with red in my January living room and dining area. Valentine’s Brunch with Red Roses & Alstroemeria
I’m celebrating Valentine’s Day with a brunch. The table is based on a new red runner with lace I got at the beginning of January at Ross For Less. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day but would work well for many other occasions – Christmas, Memorial Day, and 4th of July. The centerpiece today is a bouquet I made from red roses, red alstroemeria, and white baby’s breath. I put the flowers in a plain red glass vase.
