Lakeland Christmas Parade 2025

Lakeland, Florida’s Christmas Parade was on Thursday, December 4th. Over 50,000 people gathered to enjoy and support the 44th community parade for Christmas.

The streets were decorated going to downtown.

The streets were packed to enjoy the lights and excitement. Lots of floats went down the downtown streets each representing a local community organization.

I love that they had lots of kids on floats. It’s an experience they’ll always remember.

And the most popular float of all finishes the show!

I hope you have a wonderful December filled with time with family and friends!

  1. This is a great parade. I would definitely be caught up in the excitement of it all. Thanks for sharing Carol and I wish you all the peace and joy that December brings.

  2. So beautiful! Thank you for taking us along to watch. I had to look up why Lakeland is named Swan City. I learned something today! Beautiful floats and color. Considering Lakeland’s population, 50,000 is quite the turnout.

    1. It is quite popular. The swans were a gift of the Crown almost a hundred years ago.All swans in Great Britain are considered owned by the monarch.

  3. This looks like a wonderful Christmas parade, Carol! It is nice they include a Nativity float. It looked like a fun experience for both the participants and crowd watching it.

I love to make new friends and get to know you.
