Creamy Whipped Feta Dip is a real party pleaser with its tangy flavor. Serve on a platter with crusty bread, crackers, pretzels, or pita and a platter of vegetables & additions such as olives, fresh cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, cucumbers, and bell peppers.

Making a dip from feta cheese is so easy. You just need 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to create a hit at your summer gatherings. First, use a high quality creamy feta. Better feta yields a better feta dip. Instead of buying crumbled feta, which often contains extra ingredients to prevent caking, look for a block of feta cheese. One made from sheep or a combination of sheep and goat milk will yield the creamiest result. Add whole milk Greek yogurt strained of any fluid. This increases the creaminess of the dip. Fresh lemon juice adds another layer of tanginess and brightness to the dip. Extra-virgin olive oil tempers the tanginess and brings the dip together. The final group of ingredients is herbs & spices which adds more flavors.

Yum! I love the sound of this and it sounds so simple to make.
Thanks Kim!
…thanks, Carol, I wish you a wonder day.
This sounds good and so perfect combined with some crisp fresh vegetables.
Carol I have thought about making a Feta dip for a few years now, but never took the time to follow through, this one looks delicious and I do have all the ingredients, NOW. I think sometimes that is the key to making a recipe you just found or was given, if we don’t have to go to the store, especially if you live far away, LOL. Thanks, visiting from #MMBC Melynda @scratchmadefood!
So simple and quick to make and I would make a meal out of it.
