Today I’m sharing a stunning mural which really caught my eye. You can find these gorgeous monarch butterflies flying around pink flowers on a wall that separates Allan Kruger Park from the Lake Mirror Tower Apartments in Downtown Lakeland, Florida.
I find the bright colors make me happy.
Monarch Butterflies was commissioned by the Lakeland Community & Economic Development Department from Lakeland artist Gillian Fazio. Fazio received her Bachelors’ Degree in Fine Art from the University of Florida in the Spring of 2017. The butterflies in the mural represent re-birth and new life.
