A Walk To The Lake

I must say I am very tired. I am also bruised. Yes, I am still surrounded by boxes. I don’t mind taking my time unpacking, but I still don’t have my basic cooking equipment unpacked. I am using one large frying pan for everything. I have to find some pots today. Don’t ask me why, but I am craving potato salad, my potato salad not a grocery store’s salad.

Today’s photos were taken during a walk to the lake next to the condos. I hope you enjoy them. First is a view of the courtyard.

Wishing you blue skies wherever you are.

  4. It’s a lovely spot and how nice its on/by the property so you can easily walk there. Those blues and greens are wonderful. I’m sorry you are bruised and I suspect exhausted. I hope you’ll be gentle with yourself and that you can soon unearth what you need to settle and make that potato salad!

  5. I dread the day I have to move. It’s been years. But, on the other hand, your area is beautiful. And green. And has blue skies. I hope you get to make that potato salad you are craving. Alana ramblinwitham

  9. The last time I moved was 2012, but oh I remember it well. Couldn’t find forks and spoons for a week! Wishing you well as you settle into your new place. Take your time and you will be organized before you know it!

Unpacking is a bit of a hassle, but it’ll be worth it once you’re all settled.
