Today’s recipe is a quick and easy summer meal using one pan. We’re using chicken with fresh vegetables: tomatoes, onion, garlic, and spinach. What makes it even more special is that dinner is on the table in 30 minutes. Add bread and your meal is ready. It’s a great weeknight meal option.
For added flavor, I also threw in sundried tomatoes with red pepper flakes, red wine and quality olive oil. This meal is light and healthy as a Mediterranean style meal.

…another wonderful way to have chicken!
Such a pretty and flavourful meal. I love that you have added red wine there…must be very good!
That looks good and so easy!
This sounds delicious and so simple to make. I have to admit I get lazy and use a jar of sauce for my pasta makes, but I really should put just a little more effort in, my kids would love this.
I adore pasta and this recipe sound exceptionally delicious and looks so colorful too.
Gracias por la receta. Te mando un beso.
This looks delicious! Due to allergies in the family I would have to leave out onions and garlic but the rest works really well. Thank you for sharing!
