The photos are courtesy of my childhood friend, Carolyn, who lives in Canada.
Some nights come quickly and quietly without a big fuss. Other nights the sky is on fire!

Beautiful and also a little frightening to think of fires as there have been some mighty big ones in parts of the country.
Geniales cielos te mando un beso.
It looks breathtakingly beautiful.
Ahhhhh, what a sky you posted.

It’s breathtaking. Alana ramblinwitham
Wow! Brilliant.
Wow, That is some red sky! I’ll bet it was a hot day too?
Is this a stunning sunset or is it due to the wildfires in Canada that have sent blankets of smoke our way? It doesn’t look smoky like I’d imagine it would to send such heavy smoke down to New York, Wisconsin, and even here in North Carolina.

It was a sunset not the fires
What beautiful sunset skies good captures 🙂
Have a sunsettastic week 👍
I recently read an article that the forest fires in Canada are larger by 100 times any of the trained wildfire crews have ever seen! I commiserate with them as we’ve had some bad ones here
I’ve heard that too. These photos are of a great sunset – I should have called it something else with all the fires. It’s just the color of fire to me.
WOW! The skies are indeed stunning!
Beautiful captures, Carol!
Fabulous photos, Carol! 😍 Happy Wednesday to you.
Gorgeous!

An overcast sky can bring on the best of sunsets. Beautiful photos.
