Simple and delicious, grilled shrimp in a sweet and spicy sauce is perfect for a fast week night dinner. Today’s recipe uses Asian chili garlic sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice for an Asian-inspired sauce. Brush the shrimp with the spicy sauce and place on a grill or a grill pan on the stove. You may want to use skewers for the grill.
This dish is so versatile. You could serve it as an appetizer, add it to a rice or pasta bowl, top a green salad, or serve it as the main entrée. Sides of rice or pasta with asparagus or broccoli work well.

These look delicious! I will definitely be giving these a try!
I love plump prawns! Spicy and sweet are great together.
That’s my kind of food Carol. Quick, tasty and unlikely to get it wrong. Now I just have to find the ingredients, especially fresh lime. Not easy in our culinary wasteland.
Phil if there is no fresh lime, try looking for bottled lime juice. If no lime at all, use a lemon. I hope you love it!
