Crest Lake Park
201 S. Glenwood Ave.
Clearwater, Florida
Crest Lake Park, a city park in Clearwater, Florida, has added sculptures for permanent display. I just love art in parks with large sculptures surrounded by green.
Created by Live Steel Studio artist Don Gialanella with assistance by Aleisha Prather, the sculptures represent different species found in the area such as an insect, an amphibian, a fish, a waterbird and an arachnid. The park has also become a nesting ground for turkey vultures.
Crest Lake is in the center of the park, and the surrounding wooded area contains at least 83 different types of trees. The park features lakeside trails, playgrounds, fishing & picnic areas, plus a 3-acre dog park.
Have a beautiful day.

Those are such neat sculptures! My family works with metals and I can tell you that the artist had to have worked long and hard on all of these.
These sculptures look really awesome! Would be nice to take my daily walk in the park!
Hi Carol, I love all these sculptures and their pretty surroundings. Beautiful! I am trying to catch up with my blogging friends after my bout with Covid. It’s been a while since I was able to visit with everyone and am still very slow but am happy to at least be on that road. Have a great weekend!
I’m saying a prayer for your complete recovery with lots of energy!
I also love interesting large scale sculptures out in nature. These are great!!
These sculptures are wonderful! It looks like a park I would love to take exercise walks in during the winter. Alana ramblinwitham
