Terri’s February Backyard

All photos are courtesy of my friend Terri who lives just outside Nashville, Tennessee.

If you’ve seen other photos from Terri’s backyard, you may remember her bird feeders and her sightings of deer. Today are a collection of animal visits she captured in the month of February. I always look forward to her photos. Let’s start off with a hungry raccoon who dropped by the bird feeder. He worked very hard to achieve his goal.

Next we have a welcome surprise of red.

Terri was thrilled when she saw her daffodils.

It’s too early but she couldn’t resist putting out some of her spring yard art.

No matter how cold it is, blue skies make everyone happier. When I lived in Nashville, I remember quite a few gray days in winter. Thanks for the visit!

  1. That is one big critter racoon in Terri’s birdfeeder! That is one reason I don’t feed the birds in my yards as I’d attract everything but birds..lol

  2. Terri really has a nice yard. We have raccoon visitors and they sure do tear feeders and other things up.

  3. Your backyard is awesome ~ so creatively decorated and wonderful animal photos too ~

Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

  4. The raccoon photos are so funny! We see them in our neighborhood occasionally, but have never noticed them around our feeders. -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures
