…this is something that I’ve never had.
I’m saving this one! I adore onions that are roasted or caramelized and these look great!
I’m so glad you like the recipe. Have a lovely week.
I never tried roasting a whole onion like this. It looks like a nice side dish for a meat entrée.
I hope you stay safe from the approaching storm/hurricane and thta it misses your area, Carol! Thus type of weather is always so worrisome.
Be sure to cut the onions in half before roasting. Thanks for the concern with the storm – please keep Florida and the Caribbean in your prayers.
Carol hi. I am checking on you. We were on friends I did the Fabulous Party. Maybe you remember.
I hope you are safe. Now that I have found you again I will try to come around often. I love your posts.
Hi Sherry – sure I remember you and have missed
“seeing you”. Please keep Florida in your prayers!
These would go perfectly with the sausages I’m cooking for lunch :o)
I can imagine eating them alongside roast pumpkin too.
I haven’t had roasted onions for a very long time, now I’m really tempted to try them again. Stay safe from the storm
I haven’t had anything like this. I love onions but usually they’re just included in dishes or on burgers or hot dogs. x
Looks great and bet it tastes great too! Will pin this post.
These look truly delicious. I love the taste of roasted onions.
