Peach & Avocado Salsa

Today’s recipe is a great spring & summertime salsa with fresh peaches, creamy avocado, bell pepper, onions, and jalapeno. Use as a topper for grilled fish or chicken, or just dip tortilla chips in it.

Peach & Avocado Salsa

Fresh ingredients make this easy salsa a favorite topping for fish and chicken or just serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and cubed
  • 1 avocado peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or to taste)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper seeded and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional corn

Instructions

  • Chop or blend all ingredients until bite-size
  • In a bowl gently mix peaches with every ingredient except for avocado
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  • Fold avocado into peach mix and served chilled
