Mosaics From Bok Tower Garden

Last Thursday I shared a spring visit to Bok Tower Garden, Lake Wales, Florida. I have visited periodically throughout the years. It is a woodland contemplative garden with carillon concerts from Bok Tower during the day.

Today I have more photos from the archive of shaded garden rooms with lush trees, palms, ferns, and flowers. Spring is the best time for flowers but there are always a few blooms from tropical plants like orchids.

If you live up north and come down to Orlando for a vacation, enjoy a beautiful day with a visit to Lake Wales. Bok Towers is a peaceful retreat. I love the large oaks with Spanish moss. Lake Wales is about 54 miles south of Orlando and 64 miles east of Tampa.

I hope you enjoyed the garden. Wishing you blue skies and flowers.

    1. You would love everything Paul – the quiet serence green garden rooms with blue skies and then when it’s concert time you sit on a bench and listen to the bells

  1. Carol – the variety and intricacy of orchids is always amazing to me. I was also mesmerized by the massive lily pads in the lake. I think I would truly enjoy a visit to this garden. Thanks for sharing all of this beauty with Mosaic Monday!

  2. What a beautiful place. I’d love to walk around there. So many beautiful flowers and just look at that blue sky. Thank you for showing us around.
