Several years ago, I wrote about grass-feed yogurt and ways to use it in your diet. Many of us use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream in dips and salad dressings as it has more nutrition and less calories. Low-fat Greek yogurt mixed with garlic, chives, dill, and lemon tastes just as good as typical dips, without added calories and fat. It’s a fast and inexpensive dip for all your ranch dressing lovers. Also there are no hidden chemicals in your homemade dip.
It is so simple and easy to make. Mix in a bowl with a fork. Make a platter with vegetables of your choice: celery, carrots, peppers. For a party, use reusable cups for serving individual servings for a great display without added plastic to landfills. To make the dip into dressing, add milk to the prepared dip one tablespoon at a time, whisking until you reach the desired consistency. Store unused dip in an airtight container in the fridge.

This really does sound like a simple dip but sometimes the simplest are the best. This sounds delicious. x
Such a simple dip and it sounds so tasty.
That sounds easy and looks good! Thanks for another good foodie idea!
That sounds yummy!
This is the bit I like – “there are no hidden chemicals in your homemade dip”. That is very important Carol. What did we do to deserve so much junk food? Laziness is the answer to my question.
I think a lot of young people aren’t talk basic life skills – like handling money, cooking, etc. It’s sad to think of folks living on fast food hamburgers and pizza as their main diet.
Ooh — I printed this one and will be making it ASAP! Thank you.
I hope you like it!
I LOVE your seasoning blend for this dip. This really is the perfect guilt-free holiday splurge!

This is an easy recipe and it sounds delicious. I like the fact that you can go from dip to dressing by just adding milk. And I am one of those ranch dressing people. 😉 Thanks for sharing at #aclwcc. Pinned and tweeted.
