It’s really hot here in Florida, and I’m enjoying an icy cold sparkling peach drink. Easy to make with simple ingredients, peach mocktail is ready in minutes. A refreshing sparkling lemony peach drink you can share with your family, friends, or even party guests. You can use fresh or frozen peaches for a year-round beverage
Made with sparkling water, peaches and lemons, this perfectly balanced refreshment gets its exceptional sweetness from natural honey simple syrup.
Honey Simple Syrup:
- Put 2 cups of honey or maple syrup in 2 cups of filtered water.
- Cook on low.
- Stir frequently and warm for 2 to 3 minutes.
- When honey is fully incorporated, remove from heat & cool.
- Store in refrigerator up to a month.
- Use honey simple syrup in lemonade and many summer drinks.
Sparkling Peach Mocktail
Ingredients
- 7 peaches pitted and sliced (or about 2 to 3 cups)
- 15 sprigs of mint
- 3/4 cup honey simple syrup
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups sparkling water or seltzer
- 4 cups ice
Instructions
- Put 1 sliced peach with peeling removed & mint sprigs in a bowl and use pestle or muddler (bartender's tool, used like a pestle to mash fruits etc to release flavor) to mash into small parts & release fragrance
- In blender blend 3 peaches until smooth
- Put ice in large pitcher
- Add muddled peach/mint, blended peaches, lemon juice and simple syrup
- Pour in sparkling water and mix well with spoon
- Serve cold and garnish with peach slices, mint sprigs or other fresh fruit
This drink is so refreshing I can see many of us enjoying throughout year.

lol, this is a refreshing post. I think I have to try some of it. 🙂
It sounds so nice and refreshing. Wish I can make it now but I don’t have lemon, fresh or canned peach at home. I will have to wait till the lockdown is over before I can try this recipe.
frozen peaches are better than canned if you can find them
mmmmm I love peaches and drinks with peaches in. I’ve yet to make one myself though, I’ll have to try this. Thanks for the tip on making honey syrup too.
Ooh, that sounds so good! Cheers! #MMBC

…a cool summer treat!
Mmmmmmmm! This drink sounds so cool Carol. This would taste real good today because it will be in the 90’s.
I hear that a hurricane is coming so please be very careful my friend. Here in Amherstburg, we will never have one.

I’m staying inside to hide from the rain and of course praying that the storm weakens. Take care.
Yummy! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
That sounds like a lovely drink. I’ve never tried making a drink with fresh peaches – will have to give this one a try. #MMBC
I loved your idea to use honey as the sweetener. This is the perfect way to cool off on a 110 degree summer day!
I can see where that would be a wonderful summer treat and indeed, a good cooler even in the winter!
thanks Jeanie – hoping you having a great day on the lake. I’m sitting and waiting for the storm to come up today and pass me. Got my fingers crossed.
That sounds absolutely delicious! Pinned.
