Heather’s Garden June 2021

I’m very happy today to share another season of Heather’s Garden in Michigan. Heather is married to my nephew James.  Photos today by Heather Murphy. Thanks again for your generosity.

For several weekends toward the end of May, Heather was working in the garden.  First James and Heather totally redid one flower bed adding a row of roses.

Then she spent a weekend making beautiful container gardens for the backyard and adding a few new flowers to the flower beds. She has a great eye for composition in filling her planters.

Let’s end with a super sunset and mosaics.

I was raised in Tennessee but have lived in Florida for many years. Love my small home in the Tampa Bay area and its developing garden. My decorating style is eclectic - some vintage, some cottage, all with a modern flair. Pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Spent many years in social services but am happily retired.
