Fruit Frozen Yogurt Pops

Back in my early days of blogging, I shared a simple recipe for Strawberry Yogurt Pops.

Today’s recipe is a variation of that pop using a mix of fruit – blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and sliced bananas.  Mix the fruit with Greek yogurt and a little honey or agave nectar with a touch of vanilla.  Blend until smooth or pulse to leave chunks of fruit.

Pour into popsicle molds or small paper cups and add your pop sticks.  Freeze until solid and you have a wholesome, tasty snack or dessert for hot summer days.   You can vary the fruit used based on what is season or what is on hand.  I do think berries really make it special and like to include them whenever possible.

My grandchildren really enjoy frozen yogurt with fruit added. I buy the large plain yogurt containers at Costco as we all love it. It’s healthy and refreshing. I add a bit of honey to it.
