There are lots of great marinades out there. Today’s recipe is based on things you probably already have in your pantry. It takes minutes to mix the ingredients. The spicy, lime marinade is the secret to these incredibly delicious pork chops. You can adjust the heat by the choice of hot sauce used. There are milder sauces versus the hot red variety. Also you can lower or raise the spiciness by the amount of hot sauce added.

You need to marinate the pork at least 8 hours or overnight, but I suggest you put the pork chops in the marinade one evening and leave them until the next evening’s dinner. The longer the time marinating, the better the flavor. Grill and serve with your favorite sides: broccoli or green beans with mashed or baked potatoes. Time to grill the chops can vary according to the thickness of your pork chops obviously.
