It was a gentle sunset with soft colors.

“a gentle sunset”, I like that description. And, it certainly was in your neck of the woods. Lately our sunsets have been furiously red, probably from all the fires we’ve had the past 2 years.
Yes probably the fires make it so red – must be beautiful but terrible at the same time

Days are getting longer! Every minute extra makes me that much happier. I do miss Florida sunsets, yours are beautiful. (LOL of course the sun sets here too, but not as spectacularly).
What a beautiful sunset! It’s going dark here in the UK at around 5.30 now, which is a massive improvement on December, when it is just after 4 and feels really miserable!
