A Perfect Day

This time of year here in Central Florida it is already unbearably hot and humid with a heat index in the 100’s (F).  Sometimes a front moves in from the north with dryer and cooler air.  Then you have a perfect day.

Even the little lizard is smiling.

Wishing you a perfect day too!

  1. Oh, I understand that very well: hot and humid weather makes me feel bad! And in those times it’s really a gift, when a day is cooler and dryer.
    Gorgeous photos, Carol!
Have a nice Sunday and thanks for visiting!

  2. Gorgeous Florida, have a great Sunday.

Thank you for linking up to #MySundayPhoto ❤️

    1. the secret is staying in during the summer with a/c and dtoing lots of things in the winter and spring. It’s sort of opposite of up north.

  3. Enjoy those perfect days when they come and keep cool indoors when they don’t! (And wear a mask when you go anywhere!). It looks beautiful there and I miss my little yard lizards! (I’m kind of surprised one didn’t try to hitch a ride with us when we left Florida! I found them on the trailer step more than once when we were loading up to leave.)

  4. Wow Carol. I can’t imagine temperatures at 100 degrees. If we are lucky we may get one or two days in the 80s in JUly or August, but other wise we are much cooler. Enjoy!

  5. Indeed… it seems perfect. The wheather is fine. We have Summertime too. I hear music… it’s Summer Wine by Nancy & Lee…

    Stay healthy and well.

  6. Hello,
Looks like a beautiful day, I would love sitting there and watching all the birds fly by. Enjoy your day, have a happy new week!

  7. Your photos definitely show a perfect day! I’m ready for warmer weather and more sunshine here in the Pacific Northwest, but I don’t miss Florida’s summer heat.

    1. I totally understand – summer can be a killer here, but I’d rather stay inside in a/c during the summer and have a glorious winter!

  8. I was in Miami, Florida in February some years back and it was hot then. I can’t imagine being there in the summertime. It’s a beautiful state though.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥

  9. Cool comfortable days in Florida feel so rare but are so lovely. Glad you got to experience a perfect day!

  10. Florida is on my wish list to visit one day. It does look like a gorgeous place. I hope you are doing ok with Covid and all there! Scary really, same in the UK #mysundayphoto
