Fun Heart-Shaped Food Ideas For Valentine’s Day!

It’s almost Valentine’s Day and it’s the perfect time to think about fun heart-shaped food for your special someone and your family.  Why not say I love you with delicious foods?  That’s a sure way to win hearts and a perfect last-minute gift. You can buy heart pizzas, bagels, cookies, cakes and so many sweet desserts. If you want homemade, let’s take a look at fresh from the kitchen food for your meals.

 

Let’s start with breakfast.

 

I. Heart-Shaped Bacon & Eggs With Toast

 

Almost anything can be cooked in the shape of a heart.  For a regular breakfast of bacon and eggs, cut the raw bacon in half and fold to form a heart. Bake in the oven on parchment paper.  Use a heart cookie cutter to cut a heart in the middle of your favorite bread. Fill heart with a raw egg and bake at the same time as the bacon. To make a heart-shaped egg, spray a cookie cutter with cooking spray and place it in your frying pan. Crack an egg inside the cookie cutter and let it cook. If you’d like eggs over easy, remove the cookie cutter and flip the egg.
