Today’s little fruit dessert is simply fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles. Kids will love them, but the taste is good enough for an adult party too.
Simple to make and always delicious, strawberry Santas should be kept cold as whipped cream may melt. Use very cold whipping cream; do not let it sit on counter very long before whipping. Place a metal mixing bowl and the beaters in the freezer 15 minutes before you start to make the Santas. The cream whips best with icy cold bowl and beaters. If your strawberries aren’t very sweet, you could sprinkle a little stevia or sugar on them before making Santas. If you’d like to add color, used colored sprinkles instead of chocolate. They’re cute either way.
