Many years ago I was an elementary school teacher. My sister taught high school English for over 40 years , and now our nephew and his wife are teachers. We all know how early a teacher starts planning for a new school year. Moms are usually the great family organizers. School time will be here very quickly, and you can start the planning in easy stages. Today’s printable is a checklist for organizing the kids and home for back to school. I made it last year for my email subscribers and this year it’s for everyone.
Making a few appointments and checking on the supplies from last year can ease you into dealing with the stress of the first day at school for the whole family. Next month will be a time for hair cuts, physicals, and buying school clothes. I’m hoping this little printable will help. Avoid the crazy rush to get everything done the week before school starts with this free printable back to school checklist that will help you organize your tasks.

…my wife’s mother was a teacher in a one room schoolhouse. Over 20 of her grandchildren and great grandchildren are teachers.
fabulous!
Thank you for sharing your list. I LOVE back to school…the smell of freshly sharpened pencils brings back memories of being a teacher too.
Happy summer,
Kippi
Wishing you a beautiful day!
Hello Carol, I worked as temporary teacher of English language in a middle school before starting working in the airport. I have nice memories…
Very useful printable Carol. I am going to tell my daughter about this one. For her personal use and something she can send to the parents of her students. TFS.
thanks for the share!
Hi Carol,
I only recently saw your comment on my Winter Park post due some glitches on blogger. I never walked around Rollins College until this year also. It’s a lovely campus.
To nurture and enrich kids become successful adults is a tough but rewarding career. I had a stint teaching ESL at the community college in Chattanooga, and loved meeting people from all over the world! In fact, I’m having lunch with a past student today.
Thanks for coming by – wishing you a beautiful day today!
This is the first year in many, many years that I don’t have someone going back to school, but I appreciate your sharing your organizational wisdom! Thanks for joining the Grace at Home party at Imparting Grace. I’m featuring you this week!
thanks so much for the feature!
