Delicious Pineapple-Blueberry Smoothie
Use organic when available. Serves 1
Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup non-dairy milk i.e. almond or coconut
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger root
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Serve immediately
