This sounds so nice!! I love chia seeds and add them to everything! #MMBC
thanks Natasha!
I love smoothies but never think to have them for breakfast! Yours looks delicious and full of goodness and would be just the ticket to wash my boiled egg and soldiers down! #mmbc
I’m glad you like it – Happy Monday!
Carol, This looks so good but fruit and my IBS just do not mix well, much to my dismay!! Thanks so much for taking the time to visit!!
Hugs,
Deb
I’m so sorry to hear that. I have IBS too but pineapple doesn’t upset my tummy. It has digestive enzymes in it.
Sounds delicious and a refreshing breakfast meal to have X #mmbc
I like and eat those fruits often and with relish… but I have to confess that smoothies just make me hungrier. I have tried so many times , but there is apparently something in my genes (or all in my head more probably) that says I must chew in order to know I’ve been fed. My happy healthful breakfast would be the slice of pineapple with yogurt and blueberries on top. Maybe a quarter cup of grain-free granola.
I agree chewing makes me happy and your choice sounds wonderful too!
That sounds VERY tasty right now!
This is a great alternative for breakfast. I make these for my husband and me sometimes.
Looks very pretty! Most fruits make my mouth burn so I avoid them unless they’re cooked.
I’m not that keen on blueberries but I do love them in smoothies! This sounds a fantastic way to start the day x
This is almost the exact same recipe that I use for my daughter’s smoothies! (Except for the ginger, which she’s not a fan of, and we do add a bit of protein powder.) She asks for one most afternoons. 🙂 Thanks for sharing at Sweet Inspiration!
A perfect on the go breakfast! Thanks for sharing at the What’s for Dinner party. Hope the rest of your week is amazing!
