Halloween is next week and I finally have my Halloween table ready. I started with a small roll of fabric and a bag of trim I got at the thrift store. $1.00 for the fabric and $1.50 for the bag of trim.
When I got home and unrolled the material, it was just enough to cover my dining table. The trim bag had enough of a white eyelet trim to circle the new tablecloth. I spent several days hemming and trimming while watching TV. I don’t have a machine but I’m a very good hemmer.
I have new Halloween saucers I got last November on clearance at $1.50 each. Yeah! I added a little skeleton head to each place setting.
The black and gold vintage glasses beckoned me at the thrift store in August. They’re beautifully decorated and I believe they are from the 1960’s. I knew they’d look great with my Halloween table. I folded my napkins and inserted in the glasses.
The centerpiece is a vase (thrift store 3 years ago) filled with Dollar Tree dried moss and little skeleton heads. Black roses with spiders tops the vase. I’ve taken multiple pictures from all angles trying to eliminate the glare and reflection on the vase.
It’s really much cuter in person than my photos. I’m a little disappointed in my attempts to capture the vase. In front of the vase is a small pumpkin with Spooky on it.
I hope you enjoyed my little Halloween polka dot and skeleton table.

Can I just say the little skulls in the vase is brilliant. Brilliant!
Thanks – you’re so kind! You can get a little bag of skulls at Dollar Tree. It looked better than the photos. Glass vases reflect a lot.
