DIY Doily Table Runner

I love all the doily crafts I see. Several years ago I made wall art with embroidery hoops and doilies but I knew I wanted to do more. A few days ago, I went to my favorite thrift store and there were 4 never used doilies with the original tags.  This is my chance to make a table scarf or runner with the doilies.

It’s so simple. Remove the tags.

Match up the crochet and sew 2 doilies together at a few places. with a needle and thread.

Add another doily and repeat. Repeat again. Now I have a sweet runner almost as long as my table.

I added a small wreath and flowers and I have a pretty little cottage table.
