Green Bean Salad With Blue Cheese

Wishing you a blessed Memorial Day!

I am so happy that I’m finding fresh green beans at Tasty Tuesday’s Farmer’s Market. I can’t tell you how much I love them.  Today let’s look at an easy salad with steamed green beans, blue cheese, a little red onion, and pecans. It’s a great side or a tasty lunch I can tell you. Need a little more taste? Add chopped tomatoes.  This chilled dish works great at a summer cookout.

  1. That salad looks wonderful; that is the way we like to eat because it is pretty much always summer for us ! I’ve bookmarked the recipe, thank you!! (Also ‘Tasty Tuesdays is a great name for a Farmer’s Market!)

    1. You’d love it I know – In early spring Tasty Tuesday’s is packed with all kinds of wonderful produce. As it get hotter, less and less is available. Summer still has produce but not like up north. Have a beautiful day!
