Very Pretty. DH took all the Mom’s Day stuff to the post office yesterday. I’ve always felt a little bad for my Mom as her bday always falls right around Mom’s Day so she tends to get the dreaded combo packs. I even sent both gifts in the same package as it is just cheaper to mail.
My oldest nephew has the same problem with his birthday, December 25th. As a child no one wanted to come to a birthday party on the real day. He said “it’s hard to compete with Jesus” when he was 8 years old.
I should probably send a Mother’s Day card to Molly. For so many years, it was a non-holiday for me! Thanks for the reminder and ideas!

We’re taking the mother out to dinner. On Mother’s Day we’re having a May Birthday celebration. I’ll have to decide when my Mother’s Day will be.
