When I visit my sister in Michigan every August, I always look across the street at her neighbor’s yard. There are two small trees whose leaves turn early for fall. Living in Florida, this is the closest I get to autumn leaves.
This year was no exception.
Hope you have a beautiful day.

Well you may not get fall foliage in Florida, but at least you get flowers year round! Beautiful trees.
Thanks. I love the fact something’s growing all year in Florida.
I love the colours of Autumn, we don’t see much change here in Greece either so love seeing pictures thanks for sharing @photoalife
Thanks, Amanda. Hope your Sunday is wonderful.
I always think that the Autumn colours in America are so much more vivid than the ones in the UK. Beautiful #MySundayPhoto.
I’d love to see any season in the UK.
Love the changing colours. It seems to have happened earlier this year, in my little bit of the U.K anyway. Is it no different in Florida at all? I remember we went to Disneyworld one year and they had fake snow and we were in shorts 🙂
In my area – Tampa Bay to the west of Orlando – some trees lose their leaves. They turn brown and drop off. No beautiful colors. Some trees don’t lose their leaves. Not at all like up north.
Here, in Luxemburg (Europe) the leaves slowly begin to change their color. But we still have summer temperatures and I like it.
I love the colours of Autumn
Thank you for linking up

I love the changes in the fall with all the beautiful colors.
Hi Carol. Summer to Autumn is the only season change we see — because we’re in Oregon this time of year. When we traveled by RV we loved Autumn best of all — it was so fun to chase the season as we traveled. But nowadays, we’re in Oregon from July to December and then Florida the rest of the year…. so we don’t see any change of season from Winter to Spring (that I can notice anyway) and nor from Fall to Winter. So I love watching the leaves turn while we’re here. I’m glad you got to visit your sister and see some season changes.
But I’m also glad you are in Florida for the Winter Season, because I love being there then too!!!
You get to see the best of both places except for missing spring in Oregon. I do love spring when everything comes alive.
Its the same here now. The colours are changing the and the air is getting colder. I love the colours of autumn! #mysundayphoto
There is a refreshing vibrancy that come with the changing of seasons. I have lived in Texas for over ten years and I miss the changing of seasons.
Sarah
Yes, I miss the leaves but I don’t miss dark, winter days
Wow stunning I would love to see fall in USA it looks so beautiful, we have only ever visited at summer x
Those are beautiful trees. I wouldn’t be able to live somewhere that didn’t have the changing seasons. I love spring and fall. lol
Spring is my favorite season when everything comes alive after winter. I miss the leaves changing in fall and the spring bulbs up north pushing thru the ground, but I do love the Florida sun. Thanks for visiting.
Beautiful trees and lovely photo too. xx
Both trees have a marvellous shape! Are they maples? Thank you for sharing at OBW.
I believe they are a type of maple but I’m not sure. They are smaller than most maples but yes they do have a beautiful shape and the prettiest leaves.
Your photos are beautiful!! Thanks so much for sharing with us at OBW!!
