Roses & Periwinkle

On my table I used my vintage lace tablecloth, my brass candleholders, and a vase of flowers.  Two kinds of roses from the grocery store and periwinkle from the yard were mixed together.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I added two vintage china tea cups – one on each side.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flowers do brighten the day and lift my spirit.

  11. That’s a beautiful lace tablecloth. I have one that my great grandmother brought with here from Norway when she immigrated to the States in the late 1800s. She was a seamstress and brought a bag of laces as well. My mother used some of them to sew on patchwork vests. – Margy
