Sparkling Peach Mocktail

It’s really hot here in Florida, and I’m enjoying an icy cold sparkling peach drink. Easy to make with simple ingredients, peach mocktail is ready in minutes. A refreshing  sparkling lemony peach drink you can share with your family, friends, or even party guests.  You can use fresh or frozen peaches for a year-round beverage

Made with sparkling water, peaches and lemons, this perfectly balanced refreshment gets its exceptional sweetness from natural honey simple syrup.

Honey Simple Syrup:

  1. Put 2 cups of honey or maple syrup in 2 cups of filtered water.
  2. Cook on low.
  3.  Stir frequently and warm for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. When honey is fully incorporated, remove from heat & cool.
  5. Store in refrigerator up to a month.
  6. Use honey simple syrup in lemonade and many summer drinks.

  1. It sounds so nice and refreshing. Wish I can make it now but I don’t have lemon, fresh or canned peach at home. I will have to wait till the lockdown is over before I can try this recipe.

  2. mmmmm I love peaches and drinks with peaches in. I’ve yet to make one myself though, I’ll have to try this. Thanks for the tip on making honey syrup too.

  3. Mmmmmmmm! This drink sounds so cool Carol. This would taste real good today because it will be in the 90’s.
I hear that a hurricane is coming so please be very careful my friend. Here in Amherstburg, we will never have one.

    1. I’m staying inside to hide from the rain and of course praying that the storm weakens. Take care.

    1. thanks Jeanie – hoping you having a great day on the lake. I’m sitting and waiting for the storm to come up today and pass me. Got my fingers crossed.
