Bananas are so good – we all love them. I love fresh fruit and usually eat fresh fruit for my dessert. When I’m in the mood for a sweeter dessert, a simple “fried” banana is on the top of my list.
When I moved to Miami, I discovered fried plantains. Yummy! I started frying bananas. This is my spin simple fried bananas. As usual, my recipe is extremely simple. Many of you probably have a similar recipe. I recommend using just yellow bananas with a little green or almost ripe fruit. Really ripe bananas will become mushy when cooked. You can multiple ingredients as needed. You may cut the banana into little circles or half lengthwise.

Carol, I am a huge banana fan. I eat one every morning and i carry them with me when I’m out for a healthy snack. I’ve had banana foster but I’ve never tried cooking a banana this way.
